Processing and manufacturing
Each item is made to order, so it needs time before it ships. Processing and manufacturing takes 3 to 5 business days, depending on availability. We’ll let you know if your order is likely to take longer.

Delivery
Once your order is ready, it is shipped with our courier partner, Aramex. Delivery takes 1 to 3 days.

Estimated total time
Processing (3 to 5 business days) plus delivery (1 to 3 days) means most orders arrive within about 4 to 8 days of being placed.

Outlying and regional areas
Deliveries to outlying or regional areas can take longer than 3 days. Please allow extra time if you are outside a major centre.

Delays
Courier times are estimates. Weather, public holidays and high delivery volumes can add time that is outside our control.
